We guide holistically-minded individuals with the wisdom of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine to living a life of optimal health and longevity.
What we do
Traditional Chinese Medicine
Acupuncture is just one therapy that falls under the greater umbrella that is Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). TCM is an entire medical system that includes understanding both the mind and body through several forms of diagnosis, pathology, etiology, and of course treatment.
At Foundation Acupuncture we practice the entire system of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Acupuncture
Excellent for treating the body without drugs, and with minimal side effects. The benefits are endless.
Electric Acupuncture
A very mild, painless current further enhances the benefits of acupuncture.
Cupping Therapy
Made popular by the U.S. Olympic swim team in 2008, cupping is excellent for pain, inflammation, stress, and many more conditions. It can even help with the common cold.
Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine
We are trained to diagnose and prescribe Chinese Herbs so that our patients get the best herbal medicine to treat their concerns.
Topical Herbs
The application of customized herbs on the skin is just another tool we have to help our patients.
Nutritional Consultations
Optimal health comes only with an appropriate diet. We know each person's dietary needs are unique. We work with you to find what that is.
Vitamin and Supplement consultations
Bring in your bottles and we will help you decide what you should be taking and suggest any changes we find necessary.
Coaching
Optimal health often comes with a positive lifestyle change. We offer coaching to keep you on track toward your personal goals.
Therapeutic Exercises
Sometimes we give our patients homework.

FAQ
Is acupuncture safe?
When done by a licensed acupuncturist, it is very safe. All licensed acupuncturists are certified in Clean Needle Technique. Our needles are sterile, single-use, and disposed after each insertion. They are never reused.
I am afraid of needles. Does acupuncture hurt?
Understandable! Acupuncture needles are much thinner than hypodermic needles. Most of our patients are surprised by how painless acupuncture can be.
